Since 1999 I have been working in the UK health improvement and performance monitoring arena. With great experience in Business Intelligence (BI), data mining and service improvements, I am playing a key role in transforming healthcare into world-class standards and to maintain the required standards throughout.
As a general rule I believe that organizations which invest wisely in business intelligence and service improvement, increase their operational maturity faster than their competitors. With a stable platform, organizations are able to innovate and develop unique and efficient business processes, enabling them to be transformational in their industries. The outcome is organizations with powerful brands, inspiring cultures, and increased financial performance.
I hold Bsc(Hons) in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire in the UK and I am a qualified Agile project manager.
I am a Lean Certified Black Belt who has turned m passion and experience in process improvement to helping companies connect their ground level operations to their organizational strategy. I joined Sach Consultancy after 7 years of working for a major teaching hospital system in the United States and consulting for leading private healthcare organizations in Sri Lanka.
I have been able to not only increase process efficiency in key revenue drivers and cost centers, but establish concrete foundations and models that directly improve staff productivity, staff engagement and customer experience. I hold a Bachelor of Sciences for Public Health from Rutgers University, United States, Lean certification from GE Performance Solutions, and a Lean Six Sigma certification from Villanova University, United States.
I am an enthusiast of creating change.
